By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Draped mobile application (App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App or services.

Description of Service

Draped is a fashion and style sharing application that allows users to:

Create and manage a digital wardrobe of clothing items
Share authentic daily outfit photos with friends and the community
Receive personalized outfit recommendations based on weather and preferences
Connect with other users to share style inspiration
Track clothing status (clean, dirty, pending) for wardrobe management

User Accounts and Responsibilities

When using Draped, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Share only authentic photos of your daily outfits
Respect other users and their style choices
Not use the service for commercial purposes without explicit permission
Follow our community guidelines and maintain respectful interactions
Not impersonate others or create fake accounts

Content Guidelines and Authenticity

To maintain our authentic community, all content must:

Show genuine daily outfits (no staged photoshoots or professional styling)
Be appropriate for all ages and family-friendly
Not contain offensive, harmful, or discriminatory material
Respect intellectual property rights of brands and designers
Not promote hate speech, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
Not include nudity or sexually explicit content
Be your own content or content you have permission to share

Subscription Services

Draped offers premium subscription services that include:

Monthly Subscription: Draped Premium Monthly - €4.99 per month
Annual Subscription: Draped Premium Yearly - €49.99 per year (save 20%)

Premium features include unlimited AI outfit recommendations, advanced weather analytics, unlimited wardrobe capacity, and premium social features.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds for partial periods.

Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

You retain ownership of your photos and content shared on Draped
By sharing content, you grant us a license to display it within the app
You confirm you have the right to share all content you upload
The Draped brand, app features, and technology remain our property
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our app or its features

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Draped, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms of Service
Share inappropriate or harmful content
Engage in harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
Attempt to misuse or exploit the service
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Draped is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Any damages arising from your use of the service
Accuracy of outfit recommendations or weather data
Content shared by other users
Service interruptions or technical issues
Loss of data or content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of France. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Draped after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
