Getting Started

How do I create my first outfit?

Start by adding clothing items to your wardrobe using the camera feature. Then, go to the "Create" tab and select items to combine into an outfit. You can save outfits for future reference or share them with friends.

How does the AI outfit recommendation work?

Our AI analyzes your wardrobe items, current weather conditions, your style preferences, and calendar events to suggest personalized outfits. The more you use the app, the better the recommendations become.

Can I use Draped without sharing photos publicly?

Yes! Draped respects your privacy. You can use all wardrobe management features privately. Social sharing is completely optional, and you control who sees your outfits.

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, photos, and account information. This action cannot be undone.

What data does Draped collect?

We only collect data necessary to provide our service: photos you choose to share, your wardrobe items, basic profile information, and app usage data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I control who sees my outfits?

Use the privacy settings in each post or your profile settings to control visibility. You can share with friends only, make posts public, or keep everything private.

Premium Subscription

What's included in Draped Premium?

Premium subscription includes:

  • Unlimited AI outfit recommendations
  • Advanced weather analytics and predictions
  • Unlimited wardrobe capacity
  • Premium social features and priority support
  • Exclusive style insights and trends

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Draped → Cancel
Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Draped → Cancel
You'll retain premium features until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) according to their policies. Generally, refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if you haven't used the premium features.

Technical Issues

The app is running slowly or crashing

Try these troubleshooting steps: 1) Restart the app, 2) Restart your device, 3) Check for app updates in the App Store/Play Store, 4) Ensure you have sufficient storage space. If issues persist, contact support.

My photos aren't uploading

Check your internet connection and ensure Draped has camera/photo permissions. Large photos may take longer to upload. Try compressing images or using a different network connection.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for Draped in your device settings. Also verify your notification preferences within the Draped app settings.

Community Guidelines

What content is allowed on Draped?

Share authentic daily outfits in a respectful manner. Content should be appropriate for all ages. No staged photoshoots, nudity, hate speech, or harassment. Focus on genuine style sharing.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Use the report button (flag icon) on any post or profile. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.

What happens if my content is removed?

You'll receive a notification explaining why content was removed. Repeated violations may result in account restrictions. You can appeal moderation decisions by contacting support.
